To support our federal grant, I built a comprehensive Excel tool to manage and report staff participation across our four partner districts. The Command Center streamlined a complex, manual process into a clear, automated system. Key features included:​

• Grant-Year Alignment: Translated school-year salary data into grant-year reporting using three defined time rounds.

• Automated Calculations: Converted participation rates into dollar values based on individual salaries.

• Match Letter Generation: Created CSV files for DocuSign Bulk Send.

• Status Tracking: Monitored letter completion across districts with real-time updates and dashboards.

• Efficiency Gains: Replaced countless hours of manual work with one-click automation and centralized data access.

The tool was so impactful, it earned the nickname “Command Center.”
