When our CMS with 2,500 professional development resources was decommissioned, I played an essential part in the development of a fast, effective solution to preserve and distribute key content to our partner school districts.​

• Strategic Pivot: Created the Pocket Learning Library in response to the cancellation of our grant and asset database.

• Offline Resource Delivery: Packaged 1,000+ key PD assets onto flash drives for distribution to partnered districts.

• Custom Excel Tracker: Recreated the user experience from our original database.

• Tag-Based Search Filters: Allowed users to filter by tags, search, and view relevant resources with descriptions.

• Interactive Experience: Included clickable links to launch resources directly from the tracker for an easy viewing.

• Lasting Impact: Preserved over a decade of work and ensured continued access to educator support materials.
