This project transformed a paper-based self-assessment into a fully digital workflow—reducing manual work, improving accuracy, and enabling year-over-year tracking for partnered school districts.

• Interactive PDF Tool: Designed a user-friendly PDF with dropdowns, radio buttons, and text fields for easy data entry.

• Automated Excel Reports: Used advanced formulas to automate school, district, and multi-year reports.

• User-Focused Design: The Interactive PDF and Excel report were designed with the user in mind and were easily adopted. 

• 95% Time Saved: Reduced data entry time from 20+ hours to just 1 hour.

• Improved Accuracy & Insight: Eliminated manual errors and enabled clean, visualized reporting at the click of a button.
