TRACK COMPLEX FINANCIAL DATA
This project allowed me to solve a complex challenge for our team through the development of an Excel Command Center designed to track financial data, staffing positions, and participations rates for our partners. The system also automated the generation of CSV files for DocuSign Bulk Send.
OPTIMIZE A WORKFLOW
This represented an opportunity for me to support my team through thoughtful and considerate suggestions to resolve challenges associated with asset management and tracking for over 2500 professional development resources designed for teachers.
CREATE A POCKET LIBRARY
This project represents a huge and successful pivot in response to the termination of our asset management database. Very quickly, we needed a way to organize and distribute over 1000 assets to our partners, so I created the Pocket Learning Library.
DEVELOP PROCESS MAPS
These process maps were built to illustrate workflows in a simple, easy-to-follow format. They were designed in Word to ensure accessibility and ease of collaboration across teams.
